Outstanding customer service and professionalism. My hot water boiler decided to die on me 2 weeks ago on Labor day morning. I called Chris and he made an appointment with me for the following day. Turns out the bottom of the 19 year old tank completely rusted out and blew open. He ordered a new one of my choosing and had it installed within a week. In addition he serviced the entire furnace system as well. He was always willing and more than happy to answer any questions I had as well as instruct me on function and future preventative maintenance. I highly recommend!!

As a single mom money is always an issue. The prices they offer are more than fair for the amount of work they put in. Chris literally saved my son and I’s life from carbon monoxide poisoning! He knew what the problem was by speaking to him over the phone and was available the very next day to fix my ventilation system. I don’t like to think about what could have possibly happened if he wasn’t able to help me so quickly. He was so knowledgeable and courteous I would call him again any time! Chris Williams, owner of All Valley Mechanical, was recommended to me by an associate of my brother.  I had been waiting for an estimate from another company that was long overdue.  Chris was at my home right when he told me he would be.  Unlike the other company who had raced me through my house pointing out what they were going to do instead of asking what I wanted Chris listened and agreed to estimate my new system both with and without a heat pump and to have the estimates for three different systems by price range for both choices.  I received the estimates in two days.  I made my choice and he ordered the furnace and had it completely installed in only a few days.  He and his assistant were clean and polite and as this project was part of a gut remodel of my sixty year old home he had to work in close quarters with the contractor, plumber and electrician and did so without problems or complaints.  I laughed when I received the estimate from the first company the day after Chris had my system completely installed.  I highly recommend Chris and All Valley Mechanical as both very professional, competent and someone you don’t have to worry about having in your home.  JOY S.

After returning to my Condo in the Flathead Valley for a February ski trip, I noticed my heat was coming on sporadically, I called All Valley Mechanical after a referral from my HOA. Chris returned my call right away. It was the middle of the day, so I did not expect much, but I was thankfully surprised when Chris said that even though his day was full, he would slot me in after 5pm. He was able to diagnose my issue and had it fix within an hour. Chris and I had a great conversation before he left, and I came away from my experience knowing he is concerned for his clients, and his business reputation. Chris and crew at All Valley Mechanical  installed a mini-split ductless air conditioning and heating system in our home. They are certified installers and repairmen for Fujitsu. We like Fujitsu because they make a nice looking, slim, floor-mount panel. Chris came out to estimate the size and type of unit we would need and to see where the exterior condenser should go. He told us what we would need for a down payment to order the unit and how long it would take. Chris and crew came out when they said they would and did a very professional Job. I had estimates from 3 contractors and of the 3, Chris had the most experience, seemed best at knowing what he was talking about, and was able to explain it. Chris also coordinated with a reputable electrician to get the needed wiring installed before he came out to install our mini-split. The unit runs quietly and works well. It has definitely been worth the investment!

Chris and John did a great job installing our new ductless heat pump. Great communication – either answered when we called or called/texted us back right away. Prompt and reliable – showed up exactly when they said they would to give the estimate and to do the install. Very courteous and professional.
